Who turns up
Josh does. There is one mechanic here, so the person you describe the problem to on the phone is the person who arrives, looks at it and does the work.
You are not booking a slot with a service desk and hoping the job reaches whoever is free that morning. You get one mechanic, at your address, with a Google profile and a Facebook page full of named customers he cannot hide from.
The reviews are the useful part, so read them rather than this. What they describe is somebody who turns up when he said he would, with the parts already in the van, tells you the price before he starts and then does what he said. One of them puts it better than we can: she writes that she hates dealing with mechanics, and that this one made it easy.
The range is the other thing worth knowing. Cars and vans are the bread and butter, but plant and marine are on the list too, so a forklift standing in your yard or an engine in a boat is a phone call rather than a trailer and a week off the road.
Working out of a van rather than a workshop has a limit, and it is worth being straight about it. Some jobs need a ramp, and if yours is one of them you will be told that on the phone rather than after two hours on your driveway.

What people keep saying
This has been the least stressful service ever. Josh communicated clearly, arrived when he said he would, explained clearly what he'd do and did it, including pricing. Clear signposting for possible repair options. As a woman I hate dealing with mechanics but Josh was so straightforward and transparent it felt easy. Thanks
Booked josh in to my back disc and pads and change the break fluid. He arrived on time with all the parts to do the job. A very knowledgeable and friendly guy, who I would ,and will recommend to all my friends. The price josh charged was also very fair. Thankyou josh, Andy.
